We are designers at heart, driven by a love of craft, beauty, and the creative process — and a deep belief that great design does more than look good. It tells a story, creates a feeling, and leaves a lasting impression. What makes us tick? Creating something you can touch and feel that makes a real connection — something beautiful, yes, but also something you can't quite put your finger on. That final, decisive push to purchase.
what is our ‘why’?
what makes us different?
With 15+ years of experience spanning luxury retail, visual merchandising, brand design, and education, we bring a rare combination of creative vision and commercial intelligence to every project. Our empathetic and holistic approach optimizes the customer experience, strengthens brand equity, and drives measurable results — whether that's on a retail floor, a product launch, or a home going to market. Because beautiful design should work hard so you don't have to.
OUR FOUNDER
Emma Morgan’s three-year-old self had a dream: not only to be an artist, but also to own a salon-slash-boutique-slash-café that cut hair, sold clothing, and served breakfast. Before she knew how to articulate it, she clearly had a knack for creating unique retail and brand experiences.
That instinct has guided Emma ever since. After a decade leading luxury retail visual merchandising design at Tiffany & Co., she founded Emma Morgan Creative in 2021 to bring that expertise to brands and spaces of all kinds. She is passionate about the transformative power of design -- creating spaces for clients to discover, engage with, and fall in love with -- and mentoring the next generation of young talent.
Emma is based on Long Island, NY, just 60 minutes from midtown Manhattan, where she lives with her husband, daughter, and dog. And yes, she is still holding onto her dream!
