Modular and art-inspired caseline display for diamonds

Provided with a moodboard and color palette from a Portas x Pandora collaborative concept, we were tasked with developing a comprehensive display system for Pandora's newly launched lab-grown diamond collection, designed for use in shop-in-shops.

The creative brief called for a modern, uncomplicated expression of diamonds as a destination within the brand — one that highlighted craft, a sense of play, and the celebration of personal love stories. The kit of parts needed to be modular yet rooted in sculptural, artistic inspiration, functioning across caselines, wall bays, storage drawers, and presentation materials.

We developed multiple concepts and refined them into a layered expression mixing materials and semicircular forms, a nod to the diamond shape itself. Pandora carried the selected concepts and material recommendations through prototype production, testing them across select locations.
